As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you must love hospitality, serving others, have proven organizational skills, be trustworthy, and possess Spirit-led discernment.   You are: * Convinced that a relationship with Jesus changes everything in a person’s life * Committed to keeping your family as your first ministry * Dedicated in your personal study of God’s Word * Consistently placing a high priority on worship and your personal prayer life * An excellent and generous steward of your personal finances * Obedient to God to take a Sabbath and make space for soul-keeping * Deeply compassionate towards people who are in need or hurting * Excited about global missions and local outreach – you want to change the world * A part of a healthy friendship community and accountability circle * Willing to give up personal pleasures and freedoms in order to live a life above reproach, that is aligned with our Leadership Covenant   You will: * Provide high-level administrative, operational, and ministry support to the Lead Pastor, Lead Pastor’s wife, and Chief of Staff * Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, sound judgment, and discretion while working independently in a fast-paced executive environment * Design, implement, and manage effective systems and workflows that support a thriving Executive Leadership Office * Manage calendars, schedules, communication, and priorities to maximize executive effectiveness * Prepare and oversee budgets, expense reports, invoices, projects, and related administrative processes * Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership, staff, board members, congregants, and external partners * Coordinate the work of the Lead Crew, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and excellence * Partner with service teams (Events, Catering, etc.) to ensure events and initiatives are well-resourced and executed with excellence * Plan, organize, and prepare for special events including seminars, trainings, and leadership gatherings * Identify challenges proactively and develop thoughtful, effective solutions * Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information with integrity and wisdom * Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor, Lead Pastor’s wife, and Chief of Staff   You have:  * Spiritual maturity -- with spiritual gifts of administration, discernment, leadership, service, exhortation, and hospitality * Discretion and confidentiality - makes recommendations on behalf of those you serve * 2 - 5 years of proven ministry leadership experience * A high level of initiative, conscientiousness, and ability to work with minimal supervision * Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Ministry Platform, Asana, etc. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) * Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work; Attention to details * The ability to deal diplomatically with a wide range of personalities * Competency in event planning, execution, and evaluation * Sound spiritual leadership as outlined in I Timothy 3; Titus 2 & 3 * Fruit of the Holy Spirit on display in your life What you are required to know: * We are an EEO employer * You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 35 lbs. * This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position * You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
