JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and typing skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer support and phone etiquette.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
