We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team at our Cummins facility in Indiana, working in an onsite with flexibility work environment based out of our DBU Headquarters in Indianapolis. This role serves as a trusted partner to the Vice President of Global DEIC, playing a critical part in optimizing priorities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the overall business cadence. The position provides significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional global teams.  In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Staff Cadence & Executive Engagement Management Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage staff meeting agendas, materials, and logistics, ensuring disciplined execution, clear outcomes, and follow-through across leadership discussions. * Enterprise Event & High-Visibility Engagement Leadership Lead planning and execution of global onsite conferences and other high-impact events, coordinating cross-functional contributors to ensure seamless delivery * Executive-Level Preparation & Stakeholder Orchestration Coordinate preparation for internal and external speaking engagements and key leadership interactions, synthesizing inputs and aligning stakeholders to ensure readiness, clarity, and consistency of messaging.
