Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Administrator keeps the business running smoothly. This position is responsible for ensuring the CEO is where they need to be and has the information they need to be effective. The Executive Administrator will implement and direct activities that support the CEO and the company mission. These duties include calendar management, coordination, project management, process documentation and supporting the broader team. We are looking for someone who can learn our current processes and provide recommendations on how to improve. Our ideal candidate is high-energy, tech savvy, processes information quickly and is extremely detail oriented. Key responsibilities include:
· Provide strategic, complex calendar management based on an understanding of key priorities and objectives
· Strategize and implement processes to optimize executive’s time
· Schedule personal and business appointments, video and telephone calls
· Schedule and book travel for CEO and Dynamic Results team
· Create new processes to solve problems as needed
· Reconcile expense reports for CEO and other members of organization
· Assist in CEO and company social media posts
· Provide technical support to the CEO as needed
· Maintain confidential information
· Some travel to client events to ensure room and equipment set-up is accurate and support facilitators in the room.
