Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
· Strong computer literacy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

Answer and respond to phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
Perform general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents digitally and/or physically
Support the executive team with special projects assigned
Assist with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, expenses, data entry)
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
Assist with other administrative duties and projects as needed including errands
Receive, handle and secure confidential documents with utmost discretion and professionalism
Reconcile credit card statements
Participate in cross-training with the Accounting Specialist to provide extra coverage for the office
