Executive Administrative Assistant II – Human Resources   Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA (Onsite) Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE) Status: Full-Time, Exempt   About the Company Ensign Services, Inc. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a critical force-multiplier, enhancing leadership productivity and ensuring seamless communication across our staff, external partners, and field affiliates. This is a premier opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping leaders operate at their highest level.   Key Responsibilities: * Leader Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate intricate travel logistics and expense reporting. * Project & Event Coordination: Independently initiate HR projects and lead the planning and execution of internal events, training workshops, and large onsite meetings. * Strategic Communication: Act as a professional liaison, building positive relationships at all levels of the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality. * Research & Reporting: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare sophisticated summaries, presentations, and reports to support decision-making. * Operational Oversight: Proactively manage follow-up tasks and, when necessary, help direct support staff or resources to ensure departmental goals are achieved. Qualified Candidates: * Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience supporting the HR environment (preferred). * Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to learn new HRIS and other software quickly. * Discretion & Judgment: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute integrity and "read the room" in high-stakes situations. * Adaptability: A "no task too small" mindset combined with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive Problem Solving: A self-motivated professional who anticipates needs before they arise and crafts creative, pragmatic solutions. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on superior customer service. Additional Information: * Location: This role is fully onsite at our San Juan Capistrano Service Center. * Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE) * Position Type: Full Time, Employee. * Pre‑employment criminal background screening required.
