Description The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team and works closely with the organization’s administrative support staff on general administrative functions and activities of the office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Leadership Team Provides clerical support when needed to assist administrative staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting communications, schedules, reports and other documents for senior staff Arranges travel and accommodations Coordinates meals for meetings and coordinates company-wide team member events Extends hospitality to visitors, team members and other guests to the office or company Participates and is an active member of the Employee Appreciation Committee Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic finance support Creates and administers budgets for office supplies, equipment, and contract services Identifies opportunities for cost savings and improvements in assigned areas; recommends and implements policy or process changes as needed. Prepare and coordinate Board reports and meetings (quarterly) Handle companywide communications across the Brubacher Family of Companies Manages company-branded apparel Coordinates employee service award program Supports other related, varying needs of assigned departments and staff Performs additional duties as assigned by the Leadership Team and others EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred. At least 2+ years of related experience required
