Description
Coordinate Department Resources Manage confidentiality of highly sensitive information and files. Manage Information and Data Prepare meeting agendas and presentations. Plan and execute office remodels and personnel moves. Enter and manage work order requests. Schedule rooms and setup for department meetings. Arrange and track package shipments. Coordinate onsite and offsite events including catering. Schedule security access and escort site visitors. Maintain Office Area Efficiency and Supplies Identify and promptly report hazards. Train team members on proper use of area office equipment. Schedule maintenance and repair area office equipment. Maintain department areas and conference rooms. Order business cards and corporate credit cards. Order office supplies, laptops, telephones, and other business equipment. Provide Management Support Manage calendars and keep track of critical appointments. Organize complex and highly visible internal and external events. Desired Bachelors Degree Related field of study Desired Executive or Administrative Assistant, or Office Technology. Administration Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and complete work in a timely manner. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in travel software programs and other office productivity tools. Versatile with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player.
