About the Role Nation Security is searching for a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring our executives can operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and responsiveness. Manage special projects as assigned, coordinating resources and timelines effectively. Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion at all times. Assist with budgeting and expense reporting as required. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Perform other related duties as assigned to enhance executive productivity.
