  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment is a plus
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a key support to senior management, helping to manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything organised and on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage timesheets, portals and coordinate fleet requirements
  • Prepare reports, and other documents as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support with project coordination and follow-up on action points
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Maintaining SMAS accreditation documentation and compliance
  • Coordinating employee training and keeping the training matrix up to date
  • Supporting the Health & Safety team by compiling and distributing H&S reports
