QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with digital work, learning new software quickly (experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or marketing platforms a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior Admin/Executive Admin Experience a plus

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to support our team. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, client service, workflow management, and light marketing coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and client meeting prep
  • Manage workflows for clients and organize internal google drive
  • Support compliance tasks –keep up on changes in industry
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, local outreach, business development, and event coordination
  • Help identify process improvements and take initiative on projects that improve client experience
  • Provide general office management and administrative support for the team including outside vendors,Quality control public facing content and publications
