We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive & Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, international consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing structure, precision, and follow-through to both executive support and administrative processes. ✨ What will you own? Executive Support Act as a trusted support partner to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Proactively manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling across priorities. Prepare materials, follow-ups, and coordination for internal and external meetings. Administrative & Financial Coordination Manage billing and collections processes, ensuring timely tracking and follow-up. Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate documentation. Client & Data Management Maintain and update client records with high accuracy. Support client registration and administrative processes. Documentation & Organization Organize and maintain company documents (digital and physical). Ensure administrative processes are executed with precision and consistency. 🔍 What we are looking for: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting leadership. Advanced English (C1–C2) – daily interaction in a bilingual environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and execution skills. Ability to prioritize, follow through, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of ownership, reliability, and discretion.
