Responsibilities: Within an operational or functional team, works alongside the Manager and the other members of the team; Facilitates and optimizes the organization of the team’s activities, internal and external relations and the circulation of information; Carries out secretarial and personal assistant tasks in a helpful manner; Respect the confidentiality of information communicated to him/her; Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents; Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements; Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings; Maintain schedules and calendars; Arrange and confirm appointments; Organize internal and external events. Required Experience and Skills: Minimum secondary education (degree preferred); A minimum of 5 years of direction secretarial experience; Good verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and detail oriented; Time management; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Fluent in English.
