The ideal candidate will be adaptable, take initiative, and use resources effectively, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the President’s Office and key leadership team members. Organize, coordinate, and streamline activities for the leadership team to ensure effective support of the President. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams and direct reports. Interface with external stakeholders, including bottling partners, customers, and key business partners. Act as the primary liaison for the President and leadership team, maintaining trusted relationships across the organization. Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and regular offsite team events. Arrange and manage travel logistics for senior executives. Proactively anticipate needs and drive meaningful changes for executives and the organization. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in executive support, corporate administration, or related fields. Capability to establish connections within local environments in an international context Experienced in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster trusted relationships with internal teams and external key stakeholders Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all communications. High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Strong technical proficiency with calendar management tools and office software. Experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Track record and/or passion in proactively identifying and leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency and streamline work. Native level Japanese and strong business level English, with proven ability to handle formal business communication with Japanese customers, bottling partners, and stakeholders, as well as internal global communication.
