Our client is a leading provider of structural steel construction services, serving the construction, real estate, and oil & gas industries. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive & Administrative Coordinator to support the executive team, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or office management role.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in construction, oil & gas, or related industries is an advantage.
