Valor’s production facility includes more than 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space as well 3,000 square feet of designated explosive manufacturing space and four dedicated bunkers for explosive materials storage. Valor supports American warfighters by designing and producing reliable, cartridge-actuated devices. As an approved contractor for U.S. Navy and Air Force, we also conduct ballistic performance testing on a variety of CAD/PAD devices. Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the enterprise sales team with its overall operations and strategies to sell goods and services that would increase the company's revenues and profitability by creating and evaluating sales reports, writing business proposals, scheduling meetings or events, document retrieval and retention and researching market trends to identify business development opportunities. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. The role also provides administrative assistance such as answering telephones, coordinating itineraries and calendars, and preparing various documents using Microsoft Office Suite or other platforms, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Key Responsibilities: Abide by all ITAR regulations and internal Operational Security (OPSEC) protocols. Leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks responsibly to streamline workflows, enhance results, and deliver data-driven insights that improve both internal and external customer experience. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize their time and ensure they meet deadlines and other targets. Create a structured environment where sales targets are visible and communicated. Execute administrative tasks with precision and discretion. Handle the input, update, and maintenance of customer information and sales activity into the company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or other systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility internally. Create and analyze reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to assist in strategic planning and decision-making. Facilitate communication by acting as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Manage inventory and quality of sales tools, publications, and promotional items, ensuring they are up to date and readily available for sales presentations and client meetings. Maintain proficiency regarding the organization and archiving of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring they are accurately recorded, filed, and easily retrievable for future reference or compliance purposes. Assist enterprise with implementing strategies for finding and winning new business on a national and international level. Assist or collaborate with department heads to coordinate company-wide activities and procedures. Develop and deploy daily objectives, strategies, and action plans for this role that benefit short and long-term company goals. Assist with lead generation, qualifying bidding opportunities, and lead management. Deliver communications and messages as instructed. Responsible for other duties and tasks as assigned and, in some circumstances, may seem completely unrelated to this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder Must pass initial and subsequent background checks Must pass preemployment and subsequent drug and alcohol screenings Must comply with internal non-disclosure agreement requirements Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language, including legalese and acronyms Must be at least 18 years of age Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and decimals) Relevant college degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communications, or another relevant field is preferred.
