Executive Administrator (4787-70)   Work Location: 1701 Patricia McCollum Way Cincinnati, OH 45237   Salary Range: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 40 hours/week     JOB SUMMARY PURPOSE   Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Executive Administrator provides executive level support to the Executive Director, as well as the Board of Commissioners.  Assists managerial staff and staffing personnel with various initiatives and objectives.      QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS   * Bachelor’s Degree in business and administration, or related area preferred but not required.  * Must be a veteran of the Armed Forces of the United States who received an honorable discharge or if a qualified veteran is not available the spouse, surviving spouse, child, or parent of a veteran, per Ohio Revised Code 5901.07. * Five (5) years or more of strong office experience preferred.    PREFERRED SKILL/COMPENTENCIES   * Well versed in agency policies and procedures knowledge of Ohio Revised Code Chapter.  * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal client information. * Possess, develop and maintain effective writing and verbal skills.   * Ability to conduct public presentations to various community groups and veterans organizations. * Must be a team player with personnel at all levels of the reporting structure. * Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with associates, other agencies, and general public.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Work with the Executive Director in developing agency strategic plans; 2. Provide support to Board of Commissioners and performs all administrative requirements, to include Board minutes, monthly meeting preparation, etc.; 3. Responsible for all logistics involving agency education, training, and travel arrangements; 4. Responsible for handling supplies and delivery of agency equipment; 5. Responsible for budget development and tracking; 6. Produce accounting and office reports, as required; 7. Provide Executive Director with organizational recommendations, as appropriate; and 8. Supports the agency’s strategic partnerships with stakeholders.   NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES   * Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to this position at the discretion of the Executive Director * Activities defined in the above position description do not preclude or exempt the employee from performing other related or non-related duties as may be required to maintain an effectively functioning office.   WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS   * Job functions are mostly performed in an office setting. * May require light lifting (i.e. paper for printers) and use of general office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, printers, etc.).
