FRONT OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage correspondence via email and physical mail.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Highly presentable with a professional appearance and a pleasing personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident, and proactive demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
