Description

We are looking for a highly organized, articulate, and bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP of our newly established Department. This is a pivotal role requiring a fast learner with strong administrative and communication skills, capable of managing team coordination, government permissions, and professional client engagement.
The ideal candidate is a female Arabic speaker, fluent in English, with a professional demeanor and a proactive attitude. The candidate must show a strong willingness and ability to self-learn the basics of sales, operations, and related processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidate fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (minimum)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills
  • Professional demeanor with a presentable appearance and respectful communication style
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in the UAE market
  • Proven experience in document management system, reporting, and formal business communication
  • Ability and eagerness to quickly learn technical topics, especially drone-related operations
  • Experience with UAE government affairs or permissions processes is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure
  • Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Familiarity with business etiquette and protocols in the region

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main communication bridge between the team members
  • Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate all formal communications, reports, and presentations for the department
  • Liaise with local authorities for obtaining necessary permissions and approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance files
  • Learn and understand basic workflows, terminologies, and regulations
  • Represent the department in a polished and professional manner during client meetings when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Provide administrative support for travel, procurement, scheduling, and project coordination
