BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree or 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite

    The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65K - $74K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage executive calendars, acting as a gatekeeper and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Attend executive staff meetings; track action items and follow up as needed.
  • Lead and support organizational projects with a strong focus on event planning (e.g., workshops, team offsites).
  • Exercise sound judgment and anticipate executive needs.
  • Coordinate multi-leg domestic and international travel, including proactive tracking of flights and ground transportation.
  • Maintain deep understanding of company policies and tools; educate executives on updates (e.g., spend limits, city caps).
  • Review and approve expense reports on behalf of executives; reconcile statements and ensure timely processing.
  • Navigate organizational structure effectively and collaborate across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Create and format presentations and other executive communications.
  • Provide administrative support to extended team members as needed.
  • Mentor and guide administrative assistants within the support center.
