We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Administrator to directly support our CEO/President at one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complex calendar and day-to-day scheduling for the CEO/President.
  • Managing and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics—including flights, ground transportation, and catering.
  • Coordinate panel interviews with external candidate
  • Prepare meeting rooms and presentations, ensuring technology and materials are in place.
  • Organize Board meetings and materials, including document preparation through Diligent.
  • Acting as the liason for board communication and manage all board meetings and committee meetings (including onsite support and preparation)
  • Coordinate External and Internal Business Meetings
  • Preparing letters related to travel visas.
  • Assist with additional executive-level projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage customer meetings

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong judgment, independence, and follow-through on complex tasks.
  • Experience using Diligent or similar board management software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and executive needs.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
  • Notary Public Certified – a plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Annual Salary Guidelines: $110,000 - $140,000
