Grade 6: £34,982 - £40,855 per annum pro rata including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per annum pro rata
Fixed-term (two years), part time (22.5 hours per week, 0.6 FTE)
We are a small, dynamic team of five working on innovative financial literacy programmes for micro-entrepreneurs in Africa and India, while also building a vibrant youth education business for 16–22-year-olds. Our work spans global competitions, high-profile donor engagement, recruitment campaigns and impactful youth education initiatives.
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to our Director and Programme Delivery Manager. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate events, liaise with senior stakeholders and keep on top of critical priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of the Director and Programme Delivery Manager, making sound judgments to balance competing demands.
  • Support student onboarding for youth education programmes.
  • Organise meetings, events and conferences in the UK and abroad.
  • Coordinate committee and Board meetings—agendas, minutes, follow-ups and action tracking.
  • Provide administrative oversight on financial matters, including expenses, invoices and purchase orders.

You will have proven experience managing the office of a senior leader, with strong diary management skills and the ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements. You will be adept at drafting correspondence and producing high-quality reports, and have proficiency in Oracle Financials alongside strong IT skills. A high standard of numeracy and the ability to manage finances are also essential.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK. For more information please visit: https://www.jobs.ox.ac.uk/pre-employment-checks.
