Job Description We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives on adaptability and solutions. Supporting four of our leadership team members, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and impressive administrative and organizational abilities. What an Executive Assistant at Visa does: Provide a high standard of operational and administrative support to four leadership team members Closely monitor and manage complex and highly fluid calendars. Manage requests from all levels of business and external partners. Use sound judgement and understand what the key priorities are. Oversee logistics for domestic and international travel bookings, event management and global client study tours. Expense management and reconciliation. Build and maintain effective and cooperative business relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Coordinate, plan and manage administrative logistics for offsite team-building events, and other employee engagement related activities. Prepare documents including agendas, emails, letters, presentations, excel spreadsheets and pre-reading materials. Work closely with admin teams across the organization. Support team activities to help build culture, such as team meetings, offsites and other client activities. Liaise with cross functional teams globally to discover new technologies and create recommendations. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications What you will need: Advanced administrative and organisational skills to propel leaders and their teams. Proficiency in Microsoft apps including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams. Thrive in a team environment. Strengthen internal and external relationships Communicate effectively, navigating confidential matters with grace and sensitivity.
