Our client, a logistics MNC, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their air freight operations team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor daily Import/Export freight movement and shipment status.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
• Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.
• Support and execute tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification
• Familiar with air freight operations
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
