OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY. AS PART OF THEIR ONGOING GROWTH PLANS, THEY ARE LOOKING TO HIRE AN AIR FREIGHT EXECUTIVE (OPERATIONS) TO STRENGTHEN THEIR TEAM AND SUPPORT INCREASING BUSINESS DEMANDS. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE EAST.

Position: Executive, Air Freight, Operations, Export and Import ( 12-month contract role. This position may be converted to a permanent role based on performance)
Location: Changi

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other related fields.
• Experience or knowledge in air freight operations is preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Willing to manage operational matters beyond normal working hours when necessary.

• Oversee daily import and export freight movements, ensuring accurate shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and vendors to achieve prompt cargo clearance and delivery.
• Respond to shipment-related inquiries and provide updates on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of shipment milestones in the system.
• Assist with operational tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.
