  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
  • Manage project coordination tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Handle bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform data entry and clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and transcription of notes.
  • Maintain office management functions including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems effectively while providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Organize documents using DocuSign for electronic signatures and ensure compliance with company policies.
