QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM):

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Governance, or Office Management role.
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks and taking accurate minutes in a regulated environment.
  • Experience of completing office refurbishments

QUALIFICATIONS (ADDITIONAL)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and initiative.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and a strong understanding of confidentiality and sensitive information handling.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an Executive and Facilities Co-ordinator, your role will be supporting the Board, Senior Leadership Team and the HR function. This is a varied role that combines high-level administrative support, diary and travel management, facilities and office coordination, corporate event planning, and hands-on involvement in the implementation and maintenance of the Group’s Corporate Governance Framework. You will ensure that meetings are well-organised, accurately documented, and that actions are followed through.
