Executive and Project Support Officer Reference number: 11100 Closing date: 11:00pm, Friday 5 June 2026 * Part-time permanent opportunity, working four days a week  * Salary commencing at $100,577 per annum + 12% superannuation (commensurate with experience) * Enjoy a balanced work arrangement with work from home flexibility The Opportunity  Join Moonee Valley City Council as an Executive and Project Support Officer and become the go-to person helping the Executive Leadership Team stay organised, connected and one step ahead. Reporting to the Executive Officer and a part of our executive support team, you’ll be at the heart of the action — juggling executive support, handling sensitive information with confidence and helping drive strategic and operational projects across Council. You’ll also work across cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, build strong working relationships and support seamless delivery of key initiatives.
