In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and identifying strategic opportunities within the market. Your expertise in medical sales and experience in the wound care field will be essential as you guide a team towards success. You will also be responsible for utilizing corporate resources to effectively convey products to clients, ensuring compliance with all industry standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the development of innovative healthcare solutions. \n Accountabilities Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practices. Drive sales growth by establishing best practices for targeting and reimbursement processes. Contribute key insights to the team to understand the marketplace and strategic opportunities. Utilize approved corporate literature and scientific data in presentations to customers. Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory forecasts. Demonstrate deep understanding of industry products and market updates. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local laws in all activities. Assist in training and mentoring Area Managers as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements BS/BA in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of experience in the wound care field with progressively responsible positions. 5+ years of medical sales experience required. Experience in medical devices, biotechnology, and tissue biologics preferred. Required experience with O.R./Surgical/VAC submissions. Preferred experience with skin substitutes.
