Responsibilities Ownership of keeping data and hard copies of the Transition Services Agreement from the first handover until the end of the contract duration. Update the data of equipment and systems upon any information changes at the site. Plan, develop, maintain, and monitor the implementation of the Asset Replacement Program by coordinating, training, and guiding employees in adhering to the requirements as per the procedures. Liaise with vendors on replacement equipment and prepare proposals with technical justification to submit to the committee and management for approval. Identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable asset replacement proposals to management based on the committee’s technical and commercial evaluation. Ensure that reports are produced by the deadline and that proper documentation is kept in accordance with standard operating procedures. Build and maintain good rapport with all hospital authorities, contractors, and staff by attending meetings or other relevant discussions whenever required. Update the bill of quantities from time to time and liaise with relevant parties on variation order issues. Assist the team in carrying out technical and evaluation reports for assessment and replacement. Comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to company standards. Maintain awareness of up-to-date industry knowledge to ensure that the company complies with best practices, which will be beneficial to the Asset Replacement Program. Maintain awareness of developments in the field of health and safety to ensure that the company continues to comply with best practices and legal requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or any related field. Preferably, a minimum of two years of experience in asset management administration, procurement, or project coordination.
