JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be primarily focus on supporting role for asset management works of mix-use development project including commercial components such as parking, shopping mall, office for lease, serviced apartment and hotel. Ensure good coordination in design coordination, daily operations, procurement; financial and accounting process Procurement: Working with vendors/ consultants for creating scopes, calling quotes/tenders. Writing memo, doing purchasing/consultancy services for Commercial Operation; contracts review and get approval/signature;... Financial and accounting process: coordinate and ensure compliances Take charge of due diligence procedures (anti bribery, ESG, sanctions, codes of conduct, vendor background checks...), coordinating with in-house as well as externals parties Support in ensuring comprehensive due diligence processes following company standards Support in reviewing all procedures & documentation - to make sure all business activities are aligned with local laws and regulations Set up meetings, tracking works and record, take minutes and handle documentation for meetings. Tracking progress with third parties and internal departments to push for timely completion of tasks. Coordinate well with all teams to ensure assigned tasks are delivered to the expected standard and compliances. Using given templates, drafting & review contract, memorandum, agreements…extensively. Prepare & update various corporate reports – including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation Support in materials preparation for all auditing requests Support in tracking expenditures, participate in seeking approval for various admin works Other tasks assigned by Line Manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate should have been in similar/ related field of work, in particular Real Estate, Project Development, Project Management, Legal, … Candidate should have high professional ethical standards. A go-getter personality with a hunger to learn and improve and be open to feedback Good communications skills (in both English and Vietnamese), detail oriented with good problem-solving ability and a positive team player. Able to adhere to organisational procedures and guidelines.
