W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. About the Role We’re looking for a high-ownership, high-energy Executive Assistant who thinks far beyond calendars and coordination. This is not a conventional EA role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner, chief enabler, and experience orchestrator, supporting leadership while driving internal operations, events, culture-building, and special projects across the company. You’ll work closely with the leadership team & COO, take charge of high-stakes responsibilities, and play a visible role in shaping how the company operates and shows up internally and externally. Responsibilities Leadership Support & Execution Act as a strategic partner to the leadership—owning calendars, priorities, follow-ups, and ensuring nothing slips. Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and action trackers; ensure seamless execution across leadership workflows. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Events & Experience (Big Part of the Role) Take full ownership of planning and hosting internal + external events—team offsites, founder meetups, partner sessions, community events, etc. Build memorable, high-quality experiences that reflect our brand and culture. Partner with vendors, founders, speakers, and leadership to deliver world-class events end-to-end. People & HR Operations Support HR with offer letters, onboarding experiences, employee records, insurance management, and employee experience initiatives. Be the go-to person for employee support, ensuring empathy, clarity, and smooth processes. Drive culture moments—birthday benefits, team activities, recognition touchpoints, etc. Travel, Logistics & Vendor Management Manage travel for leadership and teams—smart planning, best rates, smooth itineraries. Own office operations across Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai (WeWork, BHIVE, etc.), ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Lead vendor management (IT support, office supplies, logistics partners), negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery. Budget Ownership Track budgets for events, travel, vendors, and office-related spend. Maintain cost-efficiency without compromising experience and quality Special Projects (Where You Shine) Support the leadership team & COO on cross-functional projects that require research, coordination, and execution. Bring structure to chaos with strong follow-through and proactive problem-solving. Be the person who says “I’ll handle it” and gets it done. 3–5 years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff assistant, operations executive, PA, or in a similar high-ownership role. Preferably from a VC firm, consulting company, or high-growth startup where pace is the norm. An instinctive problem solverresourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. Strong communication and ar ticulation skills; you can represent leadership professionally. High empathy you read people and situations well, and respond thoughtfully. Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through; you don’t miss details. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously. Ambitious and hungry for growth you see this role as a stepping stone into larger business operations.
