AAC is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive administrative support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks and adopting new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
This Position will be fully onsite in our office in Vienna VA.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Perform executive administrative support functions for a senior executive requiring initiative and a commitment to completion of tasks.
· Oversee the executive’s schedule, calendar, appointments, correspondence, meetings and travel itineraries.
· Maintain documentation relating to contracts, permits, inspections, legal, and compliance certifications.
· Manage office operations, including paper and electronic filing systems, data entry, clerical operations, bookkeeping, expense reimbursements, and corporate credit card expense reconciliation
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, contractors, vendors and external partners.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Provide 4+years of experience providing executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
· 3+ years of experience reviewing project timelines, budget compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
· Competent with computer applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
· Experience utilizing Banking and other Software Applications for bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
