What You’ll Do: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel with precision and foresight. Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Provide general administrative support to the President and coordinate schedules with the executive team. Support special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data to inform executive decisions. Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements What You Bring: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred (experience supporting C-suite or senior executives is highly valued). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; you excel at creating order and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. Self-starter mindset—you take initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
