Your Impact As Executive Assistant, you'll help our executive leadership team operate at their highest level. You'll manage priorities, coordinate critical business activities, and create the structure and organization that allows leaders to focus on driving the business forward. This role is critical to maintaining speed, alignment, and execution as Accelevation continues to scale. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring leaders are focused on the highest-priority business initiatives * Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, agendas, and executive communications * Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership discussions * Track key action items and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and functions * Support leadership meetings, operating reviews, strategic planning sessions, and company events * Partner closely with Finance, Operatons, Legal, People, and other teams to coordinate priorities and deadlines * Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion * Process expenses, maintain records, and support administrative workflows * Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth Qualifications * 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment * Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and shifting deadlines * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to provide flexible, responsive support in a fast-paced executive environment where priorities, schedules, and business needs can change quickly * High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and related business applications * Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across the organization. * Experience supporting executive leadership teams in high-growth, manufacturing, industrial, construction, technology, or private equity-backed environments preferred Benefits * Competitive salary and performance bonus * Paid time off * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values * Safety: We proactively protect our people and environment * Inclusion – We respect and appreciate diverse perspectives and backgrounds * Speed – We move fast, act decisively, and stay agile * Fearless Innovation – We challenge assumptions and simplify processes * Judgment – We make sound decisions with the business in mind * Accountability – We take ownership and deliver results   A Note to Applicants This role is best suited for candidates who have meaningful experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-moving business environments.
