Responsibilities

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Check & sort through supervisor’s emails and assist with managing, responding to and/or follow up on accordingly
  • Use organizational, time management, and communication skills to anticipate the needs of supervisor/executive and manage those needs accordingly
  • Be the eyes & ears of supervisor/executive during days when working offsite

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT DUTIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Prepare and verify daily reports
  • Assist with AP tasks
  • Assist with Billing & Collection tasks
  • Reconcile bank for accounting
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Investigate and collect returned items as well as other questionable data
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close outs
