JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings across time zones, and helping streamline day-to-day operations. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, driving client engagement efforts, and serving as a reliable resource for internal team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • 4–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services setting (consulting, legal, finance, architecture, etc.)
