To be successful in the position, the EA must be organized, resourceful, extremely efficient, and confident when multitasking. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Provide administrative support to CEO and Support Center Leadership • Prepare correspondence. • Take meetings/Board minutes and notes • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports • Make travel arrangements • Prepare expense reimbursements • Maintain agency location leases • Sort and distribute mail. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Interact professionally with all levels of management and external business associates. • Build relationships with all levels of management and staff. • Other projects as assigned. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to type 50wpm and proficiency in Windows-based software programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software expertise, are required. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum five years of experience working in an executive administrative support role preferred. Must have high professionalism with excellent interpersonal, customer relations, organizational and diplomacy skills. An appreciation/understanding of the healthcare industry. Ability to be flexible and function well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop positive relationships with managers and external business associates. Ability to deal with a wide variety of people/problems in a professional, accurate, organized, and timely manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/ projects in an organized manner while paying close attention to detail and follow-up is required. The ability to work independently and take direction from multiple persons, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment is essential. Must be able to manage confidential information effectively. A professional demeanor and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer and basic office equipment.
