Our Benefits: * Competitive Salary  * Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, short-term and Long-Term Disability)  * Paid Time Off  * 401K Plan  * Flexible Spending Account  * Employee Recognition Rewards  * Career training geared towards professional growth Who We Are Looking For:  The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, operational and strategic support in a Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment.  This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.  The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling focus on company growth, vendor relationships, sales and operational excellence.   What you will be doing as an Executive Assistant   * Executive Support * Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel and meeting schedules across clients, vendors and internal leadership.  * Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, operational reports and follow-up action items for executive and company meetings. * Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, vendors and clients.  * Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. * Business and Operational Support * Coordinate leadership, company and vendor engagements. * Track key initiatives, deadlines and deliverables across sales, engineering and operations. * Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure timely follow up on executive directives * Support internal systems administrations related to executive priorities. * Support strategic planning sessions and leadership offsites.  Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:    * 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting a C-level executive * Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience * Experience in VAR, IT services – preferred * Exceptional organizational, time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality * Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems * High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) and collaboration tools TRAVEL: Travel may be required for this position.
