Job Description AECOM is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders based in our Downtown Los Angeles office. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to leadership, capable of anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across several high-level managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior and executive-level managers Provide proactive administrative and strategic support to a manager responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal communications. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support leadership with special projects, tracking deliverables and deadlines Assist with office coordination tasks as needed, including meeting logistics and event support Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously Background in a professional services, engineering, construction, or consulting environment Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate leadership needs Experience with expense management and travel coordination systems Additional Information This position is based in AECOM’s Downtown Los Angeles office Relocation assistance is not available for this role Sponsorship is not available for this position About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
