POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Ownership Team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time, in person position. Located in Strathmore, Alberta

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or other relevant tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience in Trading, Market Analysis and Risk Management would be an asset
• Knowledge or background in agriculture, cattle operations, or finance would be preferred

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
• Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and draft internal and external communications
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
• Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive and company team
• Take initiative on special projects and tasks as assigned
• Track, trade and assist in market trading and risk management
