Our Corporate Affairs & Governance division is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief General Manager Corporate Affairs & Governance, by providing high-level administration and organizational support, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and leadership.
You will be required to attend the Sydney office 2-3 days per week to work alongside the CGM.

Responsibilities
  • Managing executive calendars and schedules, coordinating business appointments, organizing, and overseeing meetings,
  • Ensuring the preparation and completion of agendas and actions in alignment with current business activities.
  • Assisting with email correspondence, and monitoring inquiries, prioritizing, and following up to ensure requests are actioned, escalated, or completed accordingly.
  • Collating and reconciling evidence to support expense claims in accordance with AAL processes and providing monthly expense reports and budget confirmations and commentary for the Executive Office.
  • Analysing data and assist in preparing a high level of confidential documents, correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets, papers, and reports on behalf of the CGM.
  • Working closely with the Divisional Leadership Team to ensure delivery of key divisional priorities.
  • Plan and organise divisional events like Townhalls, leadership meetings and being actively involved in the divisions’ social committee.
