Description

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the AFM Vice President from Canada/Director of Canadian Affairs and Executive Director and be able to work independently and proactively. In addition, confidentiality is of high importance to the position as well as a commitment to providing excellent service and building positive relationships with those they interact with. The candidate will also work closely with the Director of Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Five or more years of experience in a similar position
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Acutely organized with keen attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel and able to use mail merge
· Bilingual considered an asset, but not required
