Description Job Title: Part-Time Personal Executive Assistant & HR Manager Location: Camarillo, CA Compensation: Starting at $20/hour doe Schedule: Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time as business needs grow) Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:30p.m. About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant & HR Manager to support the President of the company. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and human resource management. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR functions while providing executive-level support. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events. Assist with task management and miscellaneous projects Assist with social media campaigns and marketing responsibilities Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Human Resources Management Oversee HR compliance, including federal and state employment regulations. Administer and track mandatory employee training programs. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations matters professionally and discreetly. Maintain organized personnel records and HR documentation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of HR management experience required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Comfort working independently and with senior leadership. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms). Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $20/hour Hours: Flexible part-time schedule Growth opportunity: This position may transition to full-time based on company needs and performance.
