Responsibilities

Supports Leader as direct executive assistant, with responsibilities including calendaring, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative functions. Will professionally represent Leader as requested and in all associated responsibilities. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Manages a variety of medical staff meetings and projects, including the independent performance of a wide range of complex administrative assistant duties and a multitude of office procedures in support of the Campus Officers of the medical staff at the campus location as well as system wide when needed. Serves as a liaison between Campus medical staff members and Campus Officers, centralized medical staff services, other hospital departments, and administration.
