Company Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our Digital Transformation team and provide support in planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across initiatives. Job Description As a trusted assistant to the Director of Transformation, you will provide visibility on progress, ensure tasks are well-managed, and help maintain oversight across the programme of work. Duties will include but are not limited to: Provide direct support to the Director of Transformation and wider team Managing diary, schedules, emails, travel, and expenses for the Digital Transformation Director Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes with precision Handling confidential info with absolute discretion Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes/actions, and follow up to ensure completion. Maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress against milestones. Support initiatives across the software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, release). Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. Build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for transformation-related enquiries Creating onboarding schedules for new team members reporting to the Digital Transformation Director Qualifications Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with stakeholders. Relevant PMO or project management certifications are desirable (e.g. Prince2 Foundation Certificate or Agile Practitioner Foundation) Inquisitive nature with the confidence to ask probing questions and challenge assumptions constructively. Previous experience in project and program management methodologies A collaborative, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking/reporting skills) is an advantage. Ability to collate, analyse and present information in a structured and actionable way.
