Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provides confidential administrative support to the President, Vice President, and senior leadership team of Colorado Mountain Medical
  • Creates agendas and record notes and action items for Leadership and team meetings.
  • Tracks project budgets by processing PO’s, invoices and providing monthly updates to the leadership team to ensure expenses are in alignment.
  • Maintains daily, monthly, and annual calendars for maximum productivity and organization.
  • Creates high level presentations and communication materials using a variety of programs and mediums.
  • Partners with the PMO to use project management principals to drive and organize Colorado Mountain Medical projects.
  • Coordinates with appropriate internal and external partners to maintain timelines and budget.
  • Coordinates with other executive assistants on organization wide projects and initiatives.
  • Creates correspondence, action items, reports, memorandums, special projects, and related
  • Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
  • Must be HIPAA compliant
