POSITION OVERVIEW

The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) plays a key role in supporting the University’s strategic goal of delivering an outstanding educational experience. It provides accessible and supportive administrative services across the student lifecycle, including enrolments and progression, fees and scholarships, examinations, graduations, timetabling, student communications, transcripts, compliance, and advice on student-related policies and regulations.
This position provides high-level support to the Registrar as Executive Assistant and contributes to the work of the DSAAS Project Team, which delivers a diverse range of initiatives to enhance student services. The role is well-suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across the University, and brings a solid understanding of project methodology.
