Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced, resourceful Executive Assistant to support one of our Vice Presidents as our company continues to expand. This position is essential for seamless operations across multiple departments, such as HR, estimating, equipment management, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be proactive, and demonstrate the ability to manage numerous tasks effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with apprenticeship administrative processes
  • Document standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
  • Create forms, prepare reports, and develop presentations
  • Maintain current bid reference documents and support bid administration
  • Track training records and participate in educational opportunities
  • Audit and update personnel files
  • Provide HR support
  • Conduct research, compile data, and coordinate projects as assigned
  • Support marketing initiatives
  • Offer backup support to the main office
  • Perform other duties as needed
