THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dynamic, warm, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director NDIS & Community and Executive Director Family & Community Services.. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our leadership team’s operations, providing seamless administrative support while fostering a positive and welcoming environment. Your approachable manner and exceptional communication skills will ensure a smooth flow of information and a collaborative atmosphere. You will also have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every task is handled with precision and efficiency. What are we looking for?

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director including managing enquiries and responding on their behalf when required.
  • Facilitate meetings and correspondence for the Executive Director and their team including coordinating responses and following up outstanding matters.
  • Research, analyse, collate, and provide information to the Executive Director and their team to support informed decision making and planning.
  • Proactively schedule, organise, prioritise, and attend meetings as required to provide support.
  • Form and maintain a collaborative and cohesive relationship with the Executive Assistant to the Bishops to enable open communication and information sharing between the Bishop’s office and the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage, prepare, and review communications ensuring timely delivery and accuracy to support the requirements of the Executive Director including board reports, agendas, minutes and email communications.
  • Manage confidential matters maintaining discretion at all times.
  • Coordinate business-related travel and conference/seminar attendance with a focus on sourcing and organising arrangements that provide cost-effective and time efficient solutions.
  • Participate in professional networks and forums appropriate to the role.
  • Support and provide coverage where required for the Executive Assistant Team.
